The guidance session itself was vague along with unhelpful, however what genuinely concerned me was the advisor’s final comment implying that if I left negative feedback it would somehow negatively affect my choices. That felt like a guilt tactic and was completely unprofessional. Clients should not be made to feel uncomfortable or pressured like that.

Fine reading by Chloe but Keen is wrong because they were having technical difficulties and you can hear it in the background & unfortunately it was distracting. Keen should do better!
